It may seem daunting to attend court and represent yourself, but usually due to cost many people have little choice. Knowing the process and how the court consider each case will help you to feel more confident in approaching the courts and to present your case knowing that you are doing your best.

Representing yourself in a fact Finding Hearing is difficult for anybody thinking of doing it themselves, mainly because the process is not natural and the method of proving that allegations are either true or false is alien to most people.

This course will explain the process of dealing with allegations and show how evidence is the key to any Fact Finding Hearing.
