MODULE FOUR
Many parents are able to reach an agreement so that they both play a part in the childrens lives, but for those that cannot agree, and if mediation fails, court is the last resort to reach an arrangement.
Module Four goes into detail on a typical children application. Since Covid the courts have introduced some steps to try to step the rising tide of application. Prior to Covid the courts struggled, but that situation has worsened and it may be that these additional steps will remain in place so they have been included.
Applications and proceedings will take a variety of routes to reach a conclusion based on the individual case, so do not assume that all sets of proceedings will be the same, however you will gain a good understanding of how each case works.
At the end of this module, you will complete an assessment. When you have completed this, you will be able to access the next module.
The assessment is designed to ensure that you are ready to progress to the next module. If you struggle with any aspect of the course, please ask me for help. If your assessment is below the required level, I will support your learning to fill in any gaps in your knowledge.
