The ES1 and ES2 Forms

At all financial hearings the court has to consider the availabe assets and liabilities and either move the case forward to get to the bottom of disagreements on values etc. or make an educated guess as to how a trial judge would divide the assets.

The ES1 and ES2 forms assist the Judge in that process. They show in a clear and easy to follow format exactly what there is to divide and where the disagreements are.

This Digital Download contains a full guide and explanation to both forms, a sample of both showing how it looks when completed and a template for you to use to make your own forms.
